Ever since I was young, cooking was my passion, the kitchen was my favourite room in the house. As a result, at the end of my army service, I decided to follow my dreams and move to the big city of Paris! I finished the Grand Diplome at 'Le cordon blue' school, cuisin and pastry. I worked at the first dessert restaurant 'Dessance'. later i worked for Clair Damon at the pastry shop 'Des Gateux et Du Pain' and at the bread section. I came back to Israel after two Years in Paris, worked for Meir Adoni at 'Lumina'.
Almost a year after i got back i decided to start my life as a independent, teach and make food as my creation and how i belive.
Also i'm using my skills to create desserts and dishes for restaurants.
